are a new company specialising in Organic Farmed Sea Trout. The company harvests their 250 tonnes of Organic Sea Trout from March to August each year. QA produce premium fresh Sea Trout or Individual Quick Frozen fillets, and are looking to add smoked products to their range in the near future.

are based in the Island of Whalsay on Shetland’s east coast. All their products are sourced locally, hand processed to the highest standards and are dispatched within the day. Shetland Seafish currently sells both Mussels and a variety of trimmed Salmon through Shetland Seafood Auctions

 

 

 

 

Shetland Products

supply fillets in a variety of trims, a range of portions and whole gutted Salmon. They have over 30 farm sites around the Shetland coastline. To ensure freshness, the product is dispatched the same day as the order is taken.
