Shetland's Finest
are based in the north of Shetland. All their products are sourced locally, hand processed to the highest standards and are dispatched within the day. Shetland's Finest currently sells both Mussels and a variety of trimmed Salmon fillets and Salmon through Shetland Seafood Auctions. In 2010 they will also be listing a variety of white fish products.

are based on the island of Whalsay on Shetland’s east coast. All their products are sourced locally, hand processed to the highest standards and are dispatched within the day. Shetland Seafish currently sells both Mussels and a variety of trimmed Salmon fillets through Shetland Seafood Auctions
Shetland Products
supply fillets in a variety of trims, a range of portions and whole gutted Salmon. They have over 30 farm sites around the Shetland coastline. To ensure freshness, the product is dispatched the same day as the order is taken.
They also supply a variety of smoked salmon products.
